I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from April - July Hemlin Close, NRJB.

It is a private room in a *girls only house* for rent, £ per month without bills, in a 5 bedroom house. The house is along a very safe neighbourhood, only a minute walk from UEA and Aldi and only minutes to Tesco. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away from the house. The house has a spacious living room and a newly renovated kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. It also has plenty of parking spaces.
