Looking for a quiet, safe, friendly environment? How about affordable housing? Co-living is your solution.

$ per month covers all utilities, lawn care, high speed internet, laundry, storage, and basic amenities! Some rooms range slightly higher in price . This home has bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with multiple shared living spaces (up and down). Additional fridge, freezer, and cooking space is also provided to help out (not pictured). One room even has a master sweet with a LARGE walk-in closet and a private bathroom.

We carefully background check our tenants to ensure our community living standards are upheld and that each agrees to our house rules (quiet hours, limit on guests, shared basic chores, etc.). All of our properties are no pets, single occupancy per room, and only one car allowed per person.
