Renting our Master bedroom in our condo for $ a month Plus a $ deposit. That includes Electric, Water, Unlimited Wifi, security system, COA fee, and Use of the pool on the grounds. The unit is located upstairs. The Condo has keyless entry. Each tenant has their own code. It is fully furnished with a brand new dish washer, washer and dryer. There is a grill on the balcony. There are two other tenants who live there so you will have to share common space such as the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony but you do get your own bathroom. The room is available.
