Located in a central place in down-town San Jose, close to and central expressway. Close to SJSU, downtown restaurants and entertainment.

My colorful home is a drink/drug free shared space. The room has with double bed, dresser, nightstand and desk.

Washer and dryer is upstairs close to bedrooms. You would share 2 bathrooms and two refrigerators with max of two others.

Kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you can imagine, and you are welcome to use.

We have dinning area inside and out for eating meals. A/C &heat. Wifi


I have small dog, and I board my friend’s dogs when they travel, so experience animal liver is a big plus!!

We are looking for friendly professionals with good communication to join us for shirt or long term.

Simple house rule, doors closed to protect animals, clean up after yourself and communicate needs/wants.
