It is in a beautiful bath house in the west part of town in a quiet suburb minutes from Downtown Summerlin with easy freeway access. Price includes all utilities, Dish Network, high-speed internet (WiFi) and professional maid service (cleaning) once a month. Room has customized closet, is cable ready and comes with its own private bathroom. Room is unfurnished and available now.
