Room Available in BA Apartment – Downtown Long Beach (The Camden)
Hey! We’re looking for a new roommate to join our apartment starting January 1st. Looking for a male tish. One of our roommates just graduated and is moving out, so we need someone to take their spot. Trying to fill the spot before Christmas Dec .
About the Place:
Location: The Camden in Downtown Long Beach. Super convenient – right next to The Pike, Gold’s Gym, and all the fun stuff downtown.
Apartment Perks: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (you’d share one), on- parking, in-unit laundry, and there’s a pool!
Your Roommates: Three guys in our mid-s, chill and respectful. We keep it clean and laid-back around here, but we’re always down to hang out or do our own thing.
The Costs:
Rent: $/month
Utilities: About $/month, so you’re looking at roughly $ total.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone cool, clean, and easygoing who fits the vibe.
Bonus points if you’re a fan of downtown life (and maybe the gym next door).
Other Stuff to Know:
The common areas are furnished, so you’ll just need to get a bed and anything else you want (desk, Night stand. etc)
