Room for rent is available. The current roommates are seeking one more roommate. They keep to their own rooms and are pretty quiet and peaceful. We are in a professional/blue-collar environment focused on handling business. We don’t party or smoke. Occasional drinks and occasional guests are welcome.

The third room is available for rent. You will share a bathroom with one roommate; the other occupies the master bedroom. All roommates share the living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio.

This location has multiple pools and multiple state-of-the-art laundry rooms. Close street parking is always available. The living space has wood floors, a gas stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The unit also has central heating, air conditioning, and a fitness gym in the complex.

The room rate is a flat fee that includes all the utilities. You will most likely be required to be added to the complex's lease agreement and have your credit profile checked. High-speed Internet with Wi-Fi is also included.
