Room for rent, one person only. No smoking, and no alcohol. One small pet accepted. Must have a job. Must be willing to sign a rental agreement. Bathroom is shared, but it's always kept cleaned. Washer and dryer available. AC and Heater available. I’m looking for someone that I can assure I'll be safe, comfortable, and trust. Just like any room you find on here, there are rules which we will discuss them. Please respect my rules. I will respect your rules. For my safety, I will meet you at a public place first before giving you my house address.
