Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a -bath apartment at the Sterling at Oak Hills. Lease goes from move-in (available now) to September, with your first month free!

It is a private room with a connected bathroom and walk-in closet. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, glass cooktop, and a wine cooler.

The Sterling is a modern, luxury apartment complex, walking distance from UT Health San Antonio and surrounding hospitals, and a -min drive from UTSA.
Amenities are accessible -hours, and include:

Great Room, with study spaces, ping pong table, and self-service espresso machine, as well as a 2-story fitness center and
2 resort-style pools, with cabanas and grills. There is also a Zen garden and dog park, as well as Valet trash, pest control, and a prompt maintenance team.
My roommate is a 3rd year medical student, who has a dog (that I am allergic to, which is my reason for moving out). New pets are welcome if you have them 🙂 Please message me
