Greenville room for rent

yo female looking for a drug free female roommate in a bath house off of Piedmont Park Road in Greenville. The home is furnished except for the room for rent. Room has 2 closets and there is a small in-house storage room that I will share. You may use washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. I like a clean house so you would need to clean up after yourself. The home is spacious and has a deck, nice backyard, and big shed for storage. I have a friendly mini golden doodle and two parakeets, so additional pets would not be allowed. The room is available immediately for $ plus half of utilities (internet, electric, water, gas); trash pickup covered by landlord. Approval by the landlord is also required. I only will respond to well thought out questions about the rental.
