Furnished Bedroom in Santa Monica

Hey! Thanks for checking out my place. One of my roommates is moving out of our three bedroom apartment at the end of the month, and so I’m currently on the hunt for a new roommate. The two remaining roommates are both responsible adults and keep to ourselves most of the time, but also enjoy the occasional night out for a drink, or a friendly small game night. The room for rent has plenty of light and a giant closet Space. Currently, there’s a bed with bed frame, desk, and a dresser in the room. Happy to rent it furnished, or if you would like, it can be unfurnished. Brand new carpet throughout the entire apartment installed in April. The full bathroom would be shared with one other roommate, and the apartment has a spacious shared kitchen and living room area outside is a beautiful courtyard and community sun deck. There is also a gym on the premises that you can use for a little extra $ a month. Laundry is in the building and uses an app so it’s coinless. The beach is 1 mile away, and buses to SMCUCLA downtown LA run just one block away. Grocery store within two blocks. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are less than a mile away. The room includes a parking pass for street parking, which is permit only, so there is almost always a spot right outside our door. The room will be available on January 1. Looking to find someone that would like to stay relatively long-term, but we can also do month-to-month. A refundable security deposit would also be required for move-in, as well as a Roommate agreement form that you would need to sign, basically saying you won’t be a terrible human if you live with us.
