Roommate Wanted: Fully Furnished Bedroom in Brooklyn apartment (Short-Term Months)

Looking for a responsible female roommate to share a cozy apartment for a short-term stay of months!

Details:
- Room: Spacious, fully furnished bedroom with a queen-size memory foam bed, smart TV, and dresser.
- Shared Spaces: Kitchen and bathroom.
- Rent: $ per month, all utilities included.

Household Rules:
- Ideal Roommate: Female with a working schedule.
- No Guests: Due to the presence of my teenage child, no guests are allowed in the apartment.
- Pets: We have two friendly cats.
- Cleanliness: This is a must! We cannot accept someone with excessive items or a poor cleaning history. You’ll be expected to help clean the shared spaces once a week, as well as your room.

Application Requirements:
- Background check and two reference contacts are required.
- First month’s rent is due before move-in; no payments in increments.
- We will sign a short-term month-to-month lease contract.

Living Situation:
- The apartment will be shared by three people: myself, my teenage child, and the renter.
- We have two cats.
- The living room will not be shared, as it is also used as a bedroom.
- Maximum of 3 people (including myself) and 2 cats in the apartment.
- No parties, no guests, and no males allowed.
- LGBTQ friendly!
