Looking for roomies!

Description

I have a room available located in the Southwest area, minutes away from the Airport, downtown Summerlin, IKEA, shopping centers, the strip and much more. The room will be located downstairs and your private bathroom would be right outside. I am looking for a roommate who is clean and knows how to clean up after themselves in the common areas, respectful to rules, doesn't do drugs and pays on time. This is not a party house and the only time we'd have a gathering would be on special occasions, nothing too crazy.
