I have other friendly male roommates. I live in a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood in Oswego, IL. If you party, drink excessively, smoke anything... then my place is most definitely not for you. Rent includes *** BRAND NEW ATTACHED PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH BIDET TOILET !!! ***, use of kitchen, living room, laundry room (includes laundry detergent), flat screen television in bedroom, streaming service, wifi & off street parking space for 1 car. Pets are never allowed. Very periodical overnight guests can be discussed. The bedroom is very recently renovated with fresh paint, new trim, doors & ceiling fan. The bedroom is furnished with a bed & dressers. A new hardwood floor was installed less than 2 years ago. ABILITY TO GET ALONG WITH OTHER ROOMMATES IS A MUST.
