I’m a local operating room nurse and professional SCUBA Diver. I’m looking for a clean, single, quiet professional Roomate in my 4 bedroom home located on a beautiful quiet subdivision with great neighbors. Private parking secured with cameras. No animals or couples due to the two Shelties and kitten I have. Limited overnight guest stays also. Stable quiet environment that’s very clean and I expect to add a tenant that can respect the home and how it is. Thank you for inquiring if you meet the criteria have a valid drivers license with month lease. $ refundable deposit at completion of lease as long as everything is clean and nothing is broken. Deposit amount slightly negotiable.
