Looking for a chill, clean guy to take a room in our big 4-bedroom house in Valrico. I’m a Master’s-educated professional living with a young solid dude who works hard, keeps the place clean, and minds his business.

Rent is $/month and that covers everything—utilities, WiFi, furniture, smart TV, all of it. Just need someone responsible with a job and their own ride. I usually do a background check and 6-month lease but can be flexible with everything if you’re a great fit. Non-violent and trustworthy guys are preferred!
