General:
Furnished bedroom with closet, hangers, bed (including mattress less than a year old), dresser, desk, organizer. Shared bathroom with 1 other person. Bedroom has sliding door out to a private deck. Door provides fresh air and lots of light. Deck has stairs that lead to shared backyard, shared with downstairs neighbors although they never use it.

In unit washer and dryer. Kitchen, dining room, and living room shared between the 3 housemates. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, cooking utensils, gear, appliances, etc. Living room is shared and has TV. Entire house has a lot of natural light.

Housemates:
Two females. Student and Professional. Looking for third housemate. Preferably vegetarian or someone who cooks mostly plant based. Female, single occupant, i.e. no couples. Seeking someone who is nice, cleans up after themselves, is willing to share responsibilities like cleaning and garbage day, and who respects workday evening (after pm) and morning (before am) quiet hours.

Silver Terrace
Less than a block away from 3 bus stops and Oakdale/Palou T-line stop.

Utility costs are estimates, but will depend month to month. Move-in fee would be 1st month rent and security deposit.
