My name is Trace (they/them/theirs) and I currently visit frequently to work on maintenance, repairs, upgrades, gardening, and cleaning. Bedroom 4 is unoccupied, bedroom 3 is currently occupied by Brandon (he/him/his), bedroom 2 is unoccupied, and bedroom 1 is unoccupied. Ideally all decisions (such as hosting a party, and which applications for roommates we accept) regarding shared spaces will be made with the mutual and unanimous consent of all people living here. In order to achieve the goal of harmonious co-living biweekly meetings will be a condition in the lease so grievances can be addressed, plans can be aligned, and household labor can be coordinated.

Utilities are to be split equally among all inhabitants, total average monthly cost is likely between at the lowest and at the highest per person and highly dependent on temperature preferences.
