Hi I am renting 2 bedrooms in a spacious house. I could rent them both to you. $ includes all utilities, internet, parking, a bathroom, shared living room, kitchen, screened in porch, large fenced yard and use of washer/dryer. This would be great for a single mom or a couple. Or I could rent them separately for $ and the bathroom would be shared.
