The FEMALE ownwer is looking to share her beautiful spacious home with a professional working FEMALE in this two story single family home located in the safe and respectable family neighborhood in Longmont; a perfect fit for a person looking for a transitory living solution; having access to the shared area such as kitchen; dining room; will have own refrigerator, access to backyard patio, front yard porch, gorgeous yard with vegetable gardens; rent includes the use of kitchen, dishwasher, Washer and Dryer. The property is PET and SMOKE free due to allergic condition of the other roommate. The property is very close to the city business facilities, hospitals, and banks; less than minutes to the city of Boulder, minutes to the Denver Metro areas, minutes to the beautiful Estes Park, within an hour to the Rocky Mountain National Park, and minutes to the RTD Rail Station in Thornton.

ABOUT THE TERMS:

The private bedroom is on the 2nd floor comes with its own full bathroom, a closet, a full-size bed, mattresses, a dresser, and two nightstands. The rental is for only one individual. Rental period is for a minimum three months stay and goes month-to-month but renewable for longer period. Requires first month, plus refundable Security Deposit. Utility such as water, electricity, gas, garbage/ trash removal, wifi, high speed internet connection, and heat/ AC all included in the rent. No cable TV or Dish service is available. Only street parking is available.
