Room for Rent for a female

Description

I have 2 rooms for rent in my house, preferably to females and no pets. They are both furnished and you can change the decor to your taste. The rest of the house would be shared. Modern kitchen and spacious living room on the main floor. Ping pong and pool table down stairs with a big screen tv. Hot tub and a private back yard. I could only post 6 photos but the home is very nice and elegant. I have a daughter who stays occasionally so we prefer female roommates. Occasionally I will have guests over for dinner and games. You are welcome to entertain your friends here as well. The price includes utilities and there would be a one month deposit required. Feel free to ask questions
