House is completely furnished. The deck has a grill, gazebo, and dining set. The paver patio has a sectional. There is a horseshoe pit. Gas, electric, water, and wifi are included. Each tv has channels and streaming apps. Each room is for 1 person. No pets, no smoking. Sorry, there is only 1 bed in the room. Thank you.
