hello :) i can’t add the little question thing since posting the listing but i think its helpful anyway, this is for the house as a whole: -cleanliness: average -pets: cats, dog -smoking: sometimes, outside tho -waking up and going to bed times fully depends on scheduling. earliest we leave is 4am and latest we get home is generally pm. we are generally very quiet in the mornings tho, our old roommate never mentioned hearing us get up and we’ve never heard each other either if that’s a concern -overnight guests: every so often extra info: -my ID is not verified bc nonbinary and don’t want to put my dead name on here but i’ll happily give you my or something to show real -it’s a fairly decent sized house, you’ll get a room to yourself and space in the kitchen and laundry room for you. you will have to share a bathroom with one other person but both bathrooms have enough storage for two people. i’ll send you a video of the rooms available and their matching bathroom if you’re interested!
