Bed and shared bath 12/01

3 bed/2 bath house with washer dryer, fenced backyard, and garage storage. Room will be move in ready by 12/1 (if not earlier) and shares a bathroom with one other tenant. We can do lease length or month to month (with a few months commitment). Seeking to replace tenant that is moving out. Im male in my 30’s going to grad school. Other tenant 20’s female. Two dogs currently. We mostly keep to our selves when home. We keep relatively clean, but not uptight about it. Gas electric internet split 3 ways, other utilities included.
