Hi there! We are two quiet and responsible females looking for a new roommate for our home in Astoria in a beautiful tree lined neighborhood blocks away from Astoria Park Our current main level apartment is under construction, and the landlord is connecting it to the basement apartment. We are looking for someone to take over the basement unit. It is essentially a one bedroom apartment with your own small bedroom, living room, private bath and fridge. The only true shared space is the main kitchen upstairs and a small front yard we share with the family living on the second floor The two of us are quiet and low-key and bringing someone on that is also quiet and low-key is really important to us. The upstairs neighbors have a baby and so we want to make sure that any new roommate fits in well with the current dynamic. We don’t currently have any pets, but would welcome any of yours! The family Upstairs does have a senior dog. If this sounds like it could potentially be a good fit we would love to hear from you!
