January 1st Lease Takeover: $790/mo

Açıklama

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my half of a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lease at The View at Polaris starting January 1st. Rent is $790/month plus roughly $150/month per person for utilities.

The Room & Layout: Located on the 3rd floor, private bedroom featuring a large walk-in closet, plenty of natural light, and an adjacent private bathroom setup.
Apartment Features: Modern, open-concept layout with 9-foot ceilings, in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a private patio/deck.
Parking & Pets: Open surface parking is completely free for residents (optional paid detached garages are available if needed). The community is pet-friendly and welcomes pets (though current household has no pets).
Community Amenities: The complex features a swimming pool and sunning deck, a 24/7 fitness center, a clubhouse with a billiards/pub room, a dog park, and EV charging stations.
Location: Super close to the local JPMC office with quick access to I-71, shopping, and dining. Check out property details here:The View at Polaris Website

Your Roommate: 25-year-old male software engineer. He mostly keeps to himself, is very quiet, and respects your privacy.
Transition Process: The move will go through a formal roommate substitution/lease modification directly via the leasing office to ensure everything is official and your liability ends cleanly.
