Hi, my name is Maxwell. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease of my half of a 2 Br/ 2 Bath apartment. Fell into some hardship and won’t be able to live there going forward due to unforeseen outside circumstances.
This is an awesome furnished apartment close to Old Town with more amenities than you could ask for with access to public transportation, courtyards and picnic/BBQ areas, on- maintenance and of course off-street parking, along with many others listed out on their. This unit also boasts an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal and a microwave, has hardwood floors, and air conditioning.
This is a fantastic place and I’m disappointed that it’s not going to work out for me.
The lease started September 10th and runs through to July 27, 2027, and I’m looking for someone to take it over ASAP! Please reach out here or text me at if you’re interested/ have any questions. won't let me post the pictures I have, so I'll try and get some more, but it's a lovely space!
