• private bedroom + private bathroom • $1,000/month (i can be flexible!) • bedroom currently has a bed frame + mattress, but those can be moved if you have your own furniture • shared kitchen, living room + patio • shared washer & dryer • move-in sometime in October • looking for a longer-term roommate i also have one dog who would be living in the home. he’s friendly with other animals, but if you have a pet, i’d want everyone to meet beforehand and make sure they’re comfortable with each other before signing a rental agreement.
