It’s central to all public transport but also has a car spot that I’m not using which would be yours if you drive. If you don’t it’s also a good spot for visitors to park I would like to be upfront. The bond is $1438 (as that was the original bond I paid) You’ll transfer to me and the bond I originally paid will transfer to you with the full lease when I leave. Internet would be $34.5
Water bill is paid by the landlord Gas is around $301sh each Electricity bill changes every quarter depending on usage. In the photos posted that’s the bedroom available, it comes with a bed and I’ll move out all my clothes and make up table. Move in date I’m looking for around November. Would prefer another female.
