I’m Kevin Patrick, 46, and I’m looking for a safe, comfortable, and stable place to call home. I’m professional, educated, respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. My background is in healthcare, medical education, and corporate learning and development, and I have a BS in Nursing and an MBA. I’m friendly and enjoy meeting people, but I also appreciate privacy and personal space. At home, I’m pretty laid-back. I’m not looking for a party house or a complicated living situation—just a place where everyone can relax, communicate openly, and treat each other with respect. I’m considerate about shared spaces, clean up after myself, and take care of wherever I live. I’m also fairly handy and have experience with home improvement and renovation projects, so I’m definitely not afraid of fixing something or helping out around the house. I’m gay and LGBTQ+ friendly, open-minded, and comfortable living with people of different ages, backgrounds, professions, and lifestyles. I care much more about someone being kind, honest, responsible, and respectful than whether we have everything in common. I’m hoping to find more than four walls and a bed. Stability and feeling comfortable where I live are important to me, and I’d like to find a home where there’s mutual trust, reasonable boundaries, and good communication. I’m happy being friendly with roommates and occasionally hanging out, while still respecting that everyone has their own life.
