Looking for a home for October!

I am seeking a place to make a home for me and my fantastic feline by October 1st. Can move before then.
Max is $1150 w/ utilities. Need to be south of Boulder to keep commute to work manageable till I change jobs.
I practice hot yoga, rollerskate, SUP, hike and am getting back into swing and fusion dancing.
Surfer at heart. Excited to tap back into my creative flow this fall.
I work FT as a wellness consultant/vitamin dept mgr.
Would love to have a roomate/s who enjoys cooking or getting lost in creating and exploring the outdoors with me. If you are more introverted and quiet at home - totallly cool to. I am a direct communicator, but am easy going. I am solution oriented, not a problem finder. You can ask me or request anything.
Needs and desires should be able to be comfortably expressed with those you live with.

Friends would say I am entertaining and enthusiastic and am most myself with silly and playful people. I am pretty quiet and to myself in my home space unless you are a bit of weirdo like me in.

I love animals! My orange cat friend Finnean knows to not be on counters, is fine with dogs, and I have integrated very easily with other cats (it's a slow integration ). He's an ESA with papers and all.
He's the cat people love, who say they don't like cats:)
