Looking for a Female Roommate

Hi!
I live in a large 3 bedroom house. I have (2) bedrooms that are fully furnished. I am looking for a female roommate or a family to move in. The house and rooms will be ready by 10/1.The rent is $1,200 (for one person). This covers pest control, the gardener, Wi-Fi, PG&E, and trash. You will have your own private room and bathroom. I am looking for someone who is clean. No smoking. No drama. No parties. You will also have your own private living room that is HUGE! I have seen it turned into a bedroom, an office, a gaming room, and a playroom. You have lots of possibilities for how to personalize & customize your private space. The house is large enough that it really feels separate. The only shared space is the kitchen. I split everything in half (half the fridge & freezer is yours, and pantry). I work at a high school. I am home after work, and off and on throughout the weekends. I am extremely tidy, and need someone who is the same, and respects the home. This neighborhood is quiet, safe, and minutes from Fresno State.
