Looking for a laid-back, respectful roommate to join our home! We’re looking for someone to move in November 1st, with the lease running through September 30th. The house isn’t the most modern or fancy place, but it’s comfortable, lived-in, and feels like home. It’s a pretty chill household, and we’re looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, homey environment rather than something super formal or high-maintenance. You’d be living with two roommates — one woman (me) and one man. We’re both cool, laid-back, social people who work a lot, so the house is usually pretty quiet and relaxed. I’m a barista and my roommate is a bartender. We enjoy chatting and hanging out when we’re around, but everyone has their own life and space. There are three cats in the house: One boy cat, two girl cats so you should be comfortable living with cats and having them occasionally wander into your business lol. Couples are welcome to inquire as well! We’re ultimately looking for someone who is respectful, clean, communicative, financially responsible, and easygoing. We want the house to feel comfortable for everyone and maintain the relaxed atmosphere we already have. Move-in: November 1st
