Looking for roommate in Morningside

MESSAGE ME! I can’t read here! looking for a roommate to live in this comically massive room, 2 closets and 1 window! located in Morningside, Highland Park. preferably a woman, or just somebody LGBTQ+ friendly as we are 2 girls in our 20s. this apartment is me and my current roommate’s lovely home! we love this apartment so much and we want to find someone that loves it as much as us and is willing to take care of it the same way. bills would be split between the 3 of us, water, electricity, gas, and internet. the only reason neither of us want the big room is because we’re already settled in our current rooms. we have 1 little kitty, she is a sweet and friendly angel but unfortunately her previous owners declawed her so new pets are not welcome:( it is a shared bathroom situation but as long as everything is kept clean and communal it works! my roommate and i spend a lot of time in the living room, so whether you’d like to turn your bedroom into your own living space (it’s really that big) or join us hanging out is up to you! my roommate Vanessa and I are very welcoming and friendly. we both work 2 jobs and go out occasionally, we don’t really throw “parties” or anything but we do sometimes have guests. we will always check in with you to make sure it is okay if someone were to come over, as we’d expect the same thing. we are very good about keeping the space decently clean; trash being taken out, sink not full of dishes, etc. it is a joined effort between us to keep the space comfortable. obviously we get in our ruts about cleaning as any human does, but we’ve never let the place get incredibly dirty or smelly. Vanessa and I hangout a lot in the living room, playing video games or watching TV and you are very welcome to join us! we also understand if you prefer to chill in your room in your own space alone, whatever lifestyle that works for you works for us:)
