Clean, quiet and respectful family home in Brampton. The owners are a couple living in the home, along with one current renter. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. The available room is furnished with a queen-size bed and dresser and is for ONE person only. Rent is $800 per month, month-to-month, with first and last month’s rent required. There is no parking. House rules: No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests, no parties, and no drinking. Everyone is expected to respect each other’s privacy, keep noise to a reasonable level, clean up after using the kitchen, and help keep all shared areas clean. Renters sharing the washroom alternate the cleaning weekly and everyone helps with garbage, recycling and compost as needed. We are looking for a clean, quiet, respectful and responsible person. Proof of employment or studies and two pieces of ID will be requested.:::
