The monthly rent is $1350 and the room is available on September 1st Looking for a new roommate in the Clarksville/Fulton area! We have a large bedroom available for $1,350/month, with utilities shared separately. The bedroom is approximately 20’ × 20’ and features a private entrance and private bathroom. It also includes a partially divided area that would be perfect for a home office or sitting area. The bedroom also includes a private entrance. The house is conveniently located near Routes 32 and 29 and I-95, providing easy access to both Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. You would share the kitchen, laundry room, living room, sunroom, and patio. There is also plenty of off-street parking. Three of us currently live in the spacious, quiet home. We both work during the day and are generally home in the evenings. We’re looking for a friendly, responsible roommate who is clean and respectful of the shared spaces.
