Will be renting home with 2 females living upstairs! ☺️ Basement bedroom has an attached private bathroom, and furnished basement living room with 2 couches, TV stand, table and chairs. Shared spaces will include basement laundry room and furnished upstairs kitchen and living area. Lots of great outdoor hangout spots with the covered porch, back patio and firepit area. We use a third party to screen applications which has a fee associated with it.
