Parking on street is available and no parking regulations exist but you will be subject to occasional tickets without permit.
Friends / partners are welcome to visit as long as noise levels and space are respected. No live-in partner but staying the night is okay.
Full AV home theatre in basement but must be booked in advance as this room also serves as an office. We also have two very friendly cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets.
