Looking for roommate/roomates.

Looking to move closer into the city by my job. I work on 70th st manhattan and just looking to be within 30 minutes of this. I’d also like to have an e bike so building would have to be e bike friendly. About me: I don’t drink, I rarely will have guests over, very respectful/clean, and not loud/obnoxious. I work overnight Saturday - Wednesday so I’ll be headed to work 930-10pm and getting home 7:30-8am those days. Thursdays and Fridays off. Cool enough you’d enjoy my company, but to himself enough that you’ll barely notice you have a roommate.
