Looking for 1–2 roommates in Jefferson Park | Sept/Oct Both roommates are moving away when our lease ends in October, so I'm looking for 1–2 people. Mid-Sept or earlier move-in may work. I'm 31, work hybrid in sales/ management, and am active/social: softball, volleyball, golf, concerts, biking, gym, cooking, gardening, sports, video games and music. 420 friendly, progressive/open-minded, and currently dating. I genuinely prefer roommates. Several former random roommates are now close friends. I like having independence while living somewhere that feels alive. Ideally we sometimes grill, watch games, make dinner or have friends over, but doing your own thing is equally welcome. I'm clean and vacuum regularly, but don't want a chore-chart house. Clean up after yourself, communicate and pull your weight. The house is large and nearly fully furnished with AC, 2-car garage + easy parking, lots of storage, great kitchen, big TV/surround sound, plants/air purifiers. 2 available bedrooms, each with its own FULL bathroom: one large upstairs and one smaller downstairs. With one roommate, the extra room can be an office/guest room/lounge. Full rooftop, grill + large garden and a legit home gym: rower, weights, kettlebells, cables, bands, boxing bag, pull-up bar, Wahoo trainer + more. We're 2 min from Mile High, 5 from Sloan's/Ball Arena, 10 from downtown/Coors and 15 from Red Rocks. Mile High flyovers buzz the rooftop; an Apache pilot even waved at us last year. I have two friendly black shorthair cats, Comet + Teeter. They don't shed much, and I work hard to keep the house clean and cat-smell free. They're entirely my responsibility. Private, laid-back landlord. Rent negotiable based on room/number of roommates + split utilities. Looking for someone 24/25+, friendly, clean, open-minded and independent but social.
