About the tenants:
Juan is in his mid 20's has multiple motorcycles, works for Toyota and loves to go for runs in his free time.
Greg is in his early 20's and has multiple sources of income by working in construction. He is pretty quiet and keeps to himself for the most part.

We are looking for someone who is respectful and has a stable job.

Must be clean and show proof of income.
