Hey everyone! I’m moving to Daytona Beach to join the baseball coaching staff at DBCU. I’m looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom apartment, condo, or house to rent starting August 15. A bit about me: I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and my schedule keeps me pretty busy between the field, training facilities, and team travel. Ideal spots would be within a reasonable drive to campus/facilities, preferably in a solid neighborhood with decent gym/workout access nearby or on-. Non-smoker, reliable income, and happy to provide references or background checks.
