Hey! I have a fully furnished spare room available for rent on a month to month setup. This is a strict adult only, 100 percent sober household. I am looking for a solid roommate to share a positive, drama free environment. Males preferred, LGBTQ+ friendly!

💰 THE MONEY & RENT DISCOUNTS:
Rent is $850 plus a $150 flat utility fee (covers everything including streaming apps).
To move in, you need the first month ($1000 total) plus a $500 refundable security deposit.
I also offer flat rate rent discounts if you are handy and want to put in some sweat equity on yard projects (building garden boxes, driveway pavers, etc.)!
🐕 Pets: Caged pets are cool. Open to one dog if they get along perfectly with my two dogs (pet deposit applies).
