I’m Dexter,I have a 3700 sq ft home in the national historic district of north Forest hills nj 07104 that I would like to share. The area contains hospitals,clara más, Hackensack, Beth Israel, etc. tennis courts,gulf courses,churches restaurants,supermarkets in a well diverse area in the historic district of forest Hills NJ and around the corner from beautiful Branch Book Park. We provide a home away from home experience in a safe area and are seeking Professionals, corporate travelers,healthcare professionals,ie RNs, Med students, Residents, business people,grad students etc. who are clean, neat,respectful of other people, property and trustworthy. My Home is in the Historic District of Forest Hills,a treelined street with majestic well kept homes and manicured lawns. The home is a 7 min walk to the light rail and 40 min on the path train to NYC,33rd and 6th or 50 min to Wall Street or 30 min on Jersey transit to Penn Station. Locally, 29 min to Hackensack 20 min the Beth Israel and 10 min to clara más,restaurants supermarkets, or churches in the area. The home is completely decorated and furnished featuring an inviting warm fireplace,living room,dining family,sauna and laundry rooms,2 kitchens, large pantry 4 refrigerators,food storage units,2 garages, and a spare car if need for local errands.
