Hi! I am a student starting the fall semester on August 24th and need a private room to rent in Hutchinson. I work at McCormick’s Family Restaurant on South Main Street. Because I do not have a vehicle, the room must be within walking distance of the restaurant. My Budget: $350–$400/month (utilities included preferred) is very strict.
