✨ Looking for a Roommate in Miami Beach! ✨ Hey girls! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in our beautiful, spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Mid Beach, Miami Beach. 🌴 About the apartment: * Huge wraparound balcony with views of both the bay and the ocean

* Beach access with complimentary beach chairs provided by the condo—perfect for beach days!
* Shared room available
* Rent is $1,200/month
* Parking is available for $100/month (if needed)
* Electric is split evenly between roommates 🐶 We do have a friendly dog, but he’s usually either in my roommate’s room or with her, so he won’t be in the shared space much. Our current roommate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over her spot. The apartment requires a credit check and approval through the building, so you’ll need to qualify.
