Trash, water, and maintenance are included. Gas, electricity, and internet are split between the roommates. I’ll be able to start showing the room at the end of July or early August. We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and a good fit for the house. House expectations include: Cleaning up after yourself in shared spaces, including taking care of your own dishes and trash
