Clean & Respectful Roommate

I’m looking for a room in the Pleasantville/Atlantic City area with a budget of up to $1,000 per month. I work and attend school, so my schedule can vary and I’m sometimes out late. I’m easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and keep to myself while still being friendly with roommates. I occasionally have guests over, but rarely overnight. I do smoke, but I’m respectful of house rules and can smoke outside if required. I’m looking for a comfortable, stable place with respectful roommates and clear expectations.
