Perfect for students attending Palomar College or CSUSM, but the rental is not limited to students. Home is in clean condition, and tenant will have full and open shared access/use of the kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, and backyard space. Within minutes from interstate 15 and highway 78, along with grocery stores & main shopping centers. 15 minute drive to CSUSM and Palomar College. Less than 5 minutes from Downtown Escondido, and 10 minutes from the Escondido Mall and Costco (off Nordahl). Amenities include: Open access and use of the kitchen, living room, and backyard; Air Conditioning; Paid Solar; Street parking only; Specific designated kitchen storage allocated for tenants; Washer and dryer are included but Tenant must utilize their own detergent and fabric softener.
