Housemate wanted

I'm looking to rent a bedroom in my house. Nice neighborhood in Enfield, off of Brainerd rd. Decent fenced in yard, the living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared. There is a basement with laundry and plenty of storage. I actually have two rooms, so you could pick.They are both furnished or I could take the furniture out of them. I will upload pictures shortly. not around much. I work a lot and late hours.
